What we can and can't do
Google only removes reviews that breach its own guidelines. Genuine reviews from real customers, even harsh ones, are never eligible and we will not attempt to have them removed. We look for reviews that are fake, spam, posted by a competitor or ex-employee, off-topic, or otherwise breach Google's policies, and pursue removal of those. No agency — including us — can guarantee Google will act on any individual review, or control how long it takes.
